1. Open Executive Meeting:
The meeting was opened at 7:50 pm.
2. Attendance:

4. Minutes of last meeting:
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed as being a true and accurate record of that meeting.

5. Business arising from previous minutes:
- Canoe Polo boats: Grant application submitted, new boats have not yet arrived.
- Flat Water Racing: Planning to start late October at Hadspen. “Keep it simple, get it started”.
- Canoe Polo – Summer Series: State championships on 17th

8. Treasurer’s Report:
The Treasurer’s report was accepted.

9. Bosun/Hire Report:
One of the Incepts has had a hole repaired. New storage location is required. John McCausland to bring a proposal to the next meeting.
10. Canoe Polo Report:
Successful season, won by Team 2.

- Hawkins Rivers – The real Franklin story: Pete to investigate purchasing a copy.
