Another great night for a paddle and some fantastic performances on the water. Oliver had a fantastic race, paddling 4:35 faster than his time trial from a couple of weeks ago, to take the race win. Toby made himself the rabbit for a big chase and managed to finish 2nd with a 1:10 improvement on his best. Ken, Claye and Phil had a great tight finish with all three finishing with the same time, all 1:04 faster than before. Evan managed to sneak past Grahame, paddling past the finish line at full speed both 32 seconds faster than before. Jo was next over the line, 11 seconds faster than her previous best. ? had a refreshing swim on the way back down river and Bill stopped to get him safely back into his boat, Thanks Bill.

Can all paddlers please ensure race fees are paid up.
Guntime for next week will be at 6:30 pm, (for those new to handicap racing your start time is you handicap after 6:30 pm, ie 13:50 handicap starts at 6:43:50) to be safe be ready to race at 6:40 pm. If you miss your start time you can still race, have your time recorded and score points. New paddlers will be able to set their handicap time. If you are starting more than 20 minutes after your handicap you may be asked to race a shorter course to ensure on water safety.
