The 2022/23 season of the Paddle n Ski Hadspen race series has come to an end with a well attended end of season race and BBQ. Phil Barratt took the win in the 4km mass start race that finished off the season. We held the end of season BBQ with Bill and Amanda in charge of the cooking and everyone had a great time regaling stories of past races and planning future paddling, thanks to everyone for attending and helping out over the season. And a big thankyou to the race series sponsors Paddle n Ski.

The winner of the Paddle n Ski $600 discount voucher and prize pack was Chris Bates; thanks to Paddle n Ski for the prize donation.

The points series was hotly contested this year with the top 6 paddlers within 18 points of winning the series and the winner being decided on a countback. Nelson Clark was our winner, he had a great season with heaps of improvement in his paddling and time acheived on the course and managed to snag 3 race wins and a second to take out perpetual trophy.
