Paddle Week 2019
Paddle Week 2019 comprises a series of daily recreational water releases from Hydro Tasmania’s dams between 22nd April and 28th April, 2019. Instigated by Hydro Tasmania, Paddle Week is set to become an annual event with a variety of different rivers on offer each year.

Convenient camping for Forth paddling is available at the Tasmanian Canoe Club slalom course 8km south from the township of Forth along the Wilmot road. Camping for Mersey and Fisher River days is available at the Arm River Outdoor Education Centre located approximately 850 metres up Maggs Road (take the first turn right after crossing the Arm River on the Mersey Forest Road). A modest fee applies to both camping spots.
