A cracking night for a paddle with light winds and a warm day starting to cool off, the river was at a good medium level giving great conditions for racing. Some really fast racing was on hand with the time triallists making off with some quick times for the remainder of the sesaon. In the main race Peter was first over the finish line, nearly three minutes faster than his previous best, Isaac was second with a 1 minute improvement and Geoff was third with a 44 second improvement. Justin, Grahame, Phil Wadley and Bill crossed the line in a tight group to make up the remainder of the improving paddlers.
Thanks to Mary for helping with the race timing. Results are below.
