It looked like the Australia Day celebrations continued to long for some paddlers. With only minor improvements in performance from Mark Rathmell and myself (Tech assisted however, thanks Paul Kelly). Paul Walker continued his consistent season and was only 17 seconds off his best. The remainder of paddlers found the northerly wind and low water hard to contend with, most finishing around 90 seconds off their best. Also sighted was Amanda Chong trying out a faster boat.
